Membership Application

The Tri-City Photography Club meets the second Tuesday of each month except in the months of July and August. Meetings that land on statutory holidays, spring break or other special occasions when the school is closed, may be scheduled to an alternate date.

Payment Information

Your first meeting is free.
If you decide to join the Tri-City Photography Club, you may pay your membership fee using any of the following methods:

  • Send an e-transfer to treasurer@tricityphotoclub.ca.
    • The club has auto-deposit setup so there is no need for a password.
    • In the Comment field include the names of all the Members that the payment covers.
  • Pay in Cash when attending your first meeting. Please bring the exact amount as change is not readily available.
  • Cheque – yes, we will gladly take cheques for payment! Make the cheque payable to Tri-City Photography Club and bring it with you on your next visit to the club.

Are you willing to be contacted by the TCPC Executive via e-mail for society notifications and information about photographic competitions?
Do you allow your images to be posted on the TCPC Website and/or Facebook page?
Do you allow your images to be submitted to represent TCPC in photo competitions (i.e. CAPA, North Shore Photographic Challenge)?
Do you allow your images to be used for TCPC marketing (i.e. website, social media, posters)?
Are you a member of another photography club? Note: A photo cannot be submitted to the same competition from more than one club.
As a condition of membership, I, the undersigned, agree not to sue and I further agree to indemnify and save harmless the officers, directors, owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates of the above mentioned club, Council and chapters and Tri-City Photography Club, from all expenses, fees, liability, and damage award or cost of any type whatsoever arising from my participation in club meetings or events. I, the undersigned, my heirs, legal representatives, successors or assigns, hereby release the above mentioned Tri-City Photography Club, its officers, directors, owners, employees, volunteers and affiliates from any and all claims, debts, actions, and liability which may arise, directly or indirectly, from participating in any or all meetings or events, from any loss, injury, death, or damages, however caused or arising. I, the undersigned, understand the risks of participation and accept the terms and conditions which apply to my participation in these meetings or events. I have read and understand this waiver, release and indemnity. I have been given the time and opportunity to consult with legal counsel before signing.
  1. Family is defined as two (2) family members living at the same address.
  2. Former member is defined as a previous member not active in the previous season of the TCPC
  3. To qualify for the student rate, a new member must be a full time student, enrolled in a secondary or post secondary institution and possess a valid student ID.
