The Tri-City Photographic Club enters competitions throughout the season. Below are the competitions we typically enter.
Celebration of Nature Photography

Sponsored by the Lions Gate Camera Club, the Celebration of Nature Photography contest is open to all BC & Yukon Camera Clubs. This competition’s theme is “nature, wildlife, flora, landscape”. Evidence of the “hand of man” must not be present in any part of the image. Photographs of cultivated plants, domestic animals and taxidermy specimens are not allowed.
The presence of scientific bands or collars is acceptable, but should be minimal.
North Shore Photographic Challenge

Sponsored by the North Shore Photographic Society, the North Shore Photographic Challenge is open to all BC & Yukon Camera Clubs. The challenge is “open themed”, accepting images of any subject.
