Meeting Location
** All physical meetings for the TCPC have been cancelled for the remaining 2019/2020 season. Please check back in the Fall for the 2020/2021 season. **
Meetings are held every second and fourth Tuesday evening of the month (excluding statutory holidays, school events, etc.) in the Drama Room at Port Moody Senior Secondary School, 300 Albert Street, Port Moody, BC. Meetings start at 7:30 PM sharp. (See map for parking and entrance below)

October 8 – John Roberts from Kerrisdale Cameras – Black and White Photography both Digital and Film. Members B/W photos Critiqued by John
October 22 – Guest Speaker: Dene Rossouw -Finding my F-Stop – Life Lessons Through the Lens. Also, we will vote for the club images to be submitted to the Lions Gate Celebration of Nature competition.

January 28 – Used Gear Sale, Voting on final 6 member images to be submitted for the North Shore Photo Challenge, Demo of Spyder Screen Calibration Tool and Demo Setup of Club Lights/Backdrop and light Meter.
February 11 – John Gordon – Where to find and Photograph Birds in the Lower Mainland
February 25 – Elizabeth Gray – At this meeting Elizabeth is going to answer some commonly asked questions regarding cameras and photography. She will discuss: camera basics, the exposure triangle, some composition tips, and talk about how to get sharper images. If you have wanted to learn the difference between fast glass and a fast shutter speed, or the pros and cons of shooting in jpg versus raw, or what is meant by the term crop factor, then come check out this meeting.
March 10 – Hands on Night Two Stations Bring your Camera and flash! , Speed lights, Club Strobes/Backdrop and Light Meter. Also, we will be voting for final 6 B&W images for Crescent Beach Competition
